Oh my gosh how cute is this dress? At first glance on the hangar, I thought it might be a little boring....then, Heather put it on and came out of the dressing room and I was stunned on how sexy this little dress actually is. Hard to see the detail on the photo but there is delicate draping on the front and back of the skirt. Gorgeous on!!!!
