International Return Policy
We are happy to take your return for an exchange. You may fill out the exchange form included in your package and let us know what you would like in exchange. If there is no exchange item/s listed on the form when we receive your return we will issue you a coupon code within ten days of it's arrival to our warehouse to use for your exchange as long as all items have been returned within 30 days for international customers. We do not offer exchanges for the cost of shipping to or from.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED, OR WASHED. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

How to Make a Return or an Exchange
Fill out your enclosed return/exchange form, place in your shipping bag or box along with your item to return. Repackage your item with the original bag that it arrived in to keep it protected during shipment. Securely tape your package with shipping tape and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier from package. If you do not have the return shipping label, please use the address above for shipping. Be sure to include your current email address for your coupon code.
*Exchanges will be made based on stock availability.
*All discounted items are eligible for exchange unless otherwise noted.
*All items that are damaged, worn, altered, or have any of the original tags unattached are not returnable.
*All items which are returned after the 30 day period of receipt are not returnable.
Only ship your package using a method that provides tracking information. We also suggest that you insure your package. We will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. Remember to keep all tracking details for your own records. Once we receive your return or exchange, we will contact you via the email you provided in your original order.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your new order once we have received it.
