USA Return Policy

 We are happy to take your return or exchange for full retail price items.  Items which are offered under our "Deal of the Day", sale, discounted, or coupon code offers may not be returned for a refund but will be eligible for an exchange if returned within 15 days of receipt.   

ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED, OR WASHED. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

Be sure to insure your package if you are not using our return shipping label. kris&kate.com is not responsible for any items shipped to the wrong address and items that are lost or stolen.

How to Make a Return or an Exchange

Fill out your enclosed return/exchange form, place in your shipping bag or box along with your item to return. Repackage your item with the original bag that it arrived in to keep it protected during shipment. Securely tape your package with shipping tape and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier from package. If you do not have the return shipping label, please use the address above for shipping. To use the prepaid shipping return label you must affix it securely to the outside of the shipping bag or box.  

*Exchanges will be made based on stock availability.
*All sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
*All items that are damaged, worn, altered, or have any of the original tags unattached are not returnable.
*All items which are returned after the 30 day period of receipt are not returnable.

We will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. Remember to keep all tracking details for your own records. Once we receive your return or exchange, we will contact you via the email you provided in your original order.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your new order once we have received it.
