Luningning Gonzales operates a Sari-sari store in Naic, Cavite. She has 4 children: Franchesca-14, Frazelyn-13, Frankie-8, Francheslyn-1. All her children are still attending school and most of her income goes directly to her children’s financial needs.

The loan will help her expand her business. She wishes to add more products to sell, like: soft drinks, canned goods, noodles, coffee, rice,milk and cellphone reloading’s. Additional income will go to her children’s education and other business expansions.

Mid-Term Update - December 31, 2010

Luningning invested the money from this loan on bamboos, additional merchandise, and school supplies for her children. The bamboos purchased will be used to make additional barbecue sticks to accommodate more orders from the city.

Although she has encountered hardships, she is still paying her loan dues on schedule.

Luningning is now better equipped when it comes to meeting her family’s needs.

From her profit, she is focusing on her children’s education and saving some amount daily for other business opportunities.

The loan has been repaid in full.
